Moderated w/o account sign up
Allow moderated vialogues with users having to create an account. I want to do this with elementary age students and having them create an account is not an option.

Add Google Translate to the site for multi-language support
Really nice platform, very impressed.
It would be great if you had incorporated google translate, using their plugin to have a language drop-down:

auto update comment
it is a pain to always click refresh to see new comments. could you have an auto update for comments

comment thread
Automatic updates of the comment thread would be useful, especially during live events such as the EdLab seminars. Currently, I have to continually refresh the page before I can see new comments.

Login credentials
It would be great if you could use your google credentials to create an account and login.
Many schools have google domains and as such students already have account details that could be used easily.1 vote -
invite users with a PIN rather than email
I am an educator and I see a lot of potential in this app. The teacher can create video tutorials and share them with students. However, many k-12 schools in the US do not provide emails for students. It would be much more convenient if the student could access the teacher's Vialogues with a PIN that the teacher shares with the students. Edmodo and Ask3 (from TechSmith) have adopted this approach and it is much more convenient for all involved.
Thanks for your attention.

Use standard meta tags to improve sharing on sites like Facebook
When sharing a vialogue link on Facebook, no thumbnail or video meta data (title, duration, the fact that it is a video) appears. This is unfortunate because many people do not know that a vialogue link is a video and without the thumbnail, it is easy to overlook the post. I think this is a lost opportunity for those trying to share vialogues and for the platform as a whole. You can read about Facebook meta tags here:
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraphprotocol/
There may be other meta tags for other sharing sites, but I am not familiar with them.

Prezi and Jing Presentations?
I use Jing sometimes to create short training videos, screen captures of some on screen activity as I make audio commentary. Snagit will be the tool used after the end of the year. Some of these videos are pushed up to Screencast.com. Maybe be able to pull from this site like YouTube?
Not sure of all the technical issues of treating a Prezi presentation as a video, but if it would work, would be nice... may have timing issues since a Prezi can be paused or manually walked through instead of like a video.

How about being able to create audio comments
I like that it's easy to create a URL link without having to code. I wanted to add an audio comment, so I called my WordPress site and created an Audio Post. I then copied that URL and easily pasted it in the comment field in my Vialogue. Worked fine!

Bookmarklets
I would find a vialogue bookmarklet very handy as a way to make smoother workflow within the browser. I think the best bookmarklet I have seen is the one for Diigo.

Perhaps we could have playlists?
I would like to be able to create playlists. I could have different playlists for different classes. I could even have different playlists for different units in the class.

Idea
HI! This is my first time using vialogues and it seems quite useful. I would love it if there was a "like" or "agree" button under people's comments, so that you can show your support for other people's words and ideas without having to repeat what they say.

Duplicating vialogues
Would be handy for larger courses where typically group work prevails to be able to duplicate Vialogues, with each copy having a unique URL so groups can all do the same Vialogue but with smaller numbers making the interaction more manageable.
