allow users to edit already submitted survey option
Right now if users want to change a option they already entered, they have to delete it reenter it. And also there is no way to rearrange options.

In the new way what we are doing is that the user can edit the comment only if there is no reply or no response yet to that survey comment or comment.

Yes, this is a wonderful idea, but we may not be able to consider it for any sooner releases.
