Why can't I see a video?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to see a video.

Occasionally, we push changes to our player to make sure it’s running optimally. Sometimes this disrupts playback on certain browsers. Logging out and clearing your browser’s cache usually clears things up.

Vialogues supports the following video formats: .mov, .flv, .mp4, .mpeg, .avi. If you cannot see a video, there is a possibility that the video was not uploaded in the correct video format.

If the video you are trying to watch has been embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, the original owner of the video may have disabled embedding, made it private, or may have closed their account.
